1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Oh Oui French and any lessons, lesson packs, or digital products purchased through this website. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Lessons and booking

2.1 Trial lesson

The trial lesson is a single 25-minute introductory session at $15. It is available once per student and is non-refundable.

2.2 Lesson packs

Lesson packs (25-minute or 50-minute) are purchased upfront and credits are deducted as lessons are booked and completed.

• No expiry: lesson packs do not expire. You can use your credits at your own pace, with no time limit.
• No refunds: lesson packs are non-refundable once purchased. Please choose your pack carefully. If you have any questions before purchasing, we encourage you to book a trial lesson first or contact us.
• Non-transferable: lesson credits are personal and cannot be transferred to another student.

2.3 Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule a booked lesson free of charge, provided you do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the lesson will be treated as a cancellation and the lesson credit will be forfeited.
• If Camille needs to cancel a lesson, you will be offered a full replacement at no additional cost.
• In the event of a technical issue on our side preventing the lesson from taking place, the lesson credit will be returned in full.

2.4 No-shows and late arrivals

If you do not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson credit will be forfeited.

Camille will wait 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If you have not joined the session after 15 minutes and have not been in contact, the lesson will be considered as attended and the credit will be forfeited. No refund or replacement will be issued in this case.

2.5 Lesson platform

All lessons are conducted via Microsoft Teams. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a working internet connection, microphone, and access to Teams before your lesson.

3. Digital products (Shop)

Digital products (workbooks, exam preparation packs, vocabulary guides) are delivered as PDF files immediately after payment.

• No refunds: due to the instant digital nature of these products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
• Personal use only: digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, or redistribute them.
• Technical issues: if you experience a problem accessing your purchase, contact us at ohouifrench@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge the amount shown.

Oh Oui French does not store your payment card details. All card data is handled exclusively by Stripe.

Prices may be updated from time to time. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

5. Your account

To book lessons or access free resources, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that takes place under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

6. Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful and positive learning environment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any student whose behaviour during lessons or communications is abusive, offensive, or disrespectful. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including lesson materials, digital products, blog articles, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Oh Oui French. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Oh Oui French provides lessons and educational materials in good faith. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome or exam result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific lesson or product giving rise to any claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, unless local consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
